Context.

I will be using the same realms (only on the mortal realm) as "Secretly Cultivate for a Thousand Years"

I will only tell you what realms there are in the mortal world, but i'll tell you the realms above when we get to a certain point.

Realms (there are stages but it will be like this,

Early, Middle, Late, Peak.)

(average lifespan of a mortal is around 60-70 years.)

(lifespan 100 years)

2. Foundation Stablishment Realm

(lifespan 200+ years)

3. Golden Core Realm

(500+ years)

4. Nascent Soul Realm

(1,500+ years)

5. Soul Formation Realm

(5,000+ years)

6. Void Amalgamation Realm

(10,000+ years)

7. Body Integration Realm

(100,000+ years)

8. Tribulation Transcendence Realm

(500,000+ years)

9. Mahayana Realm
