At some point, during Ludwig's speech, the four men below him had snapped out of their shocked daze. Ludwid's voice seemed to have suddenly carried a certain authority that locked them in place.
But as the seconds ticked by, they finally came around. And when they did, they recognised that something was unmistakably different about the man they had just clashed with.
A sense of foreboding crept into their hearts, a chilling certainty that something huge was about to happen. Panic set in, and in their defiant desperation, they launched attacks at Ludwig, desperate to disrupt whatever it was that he was about to unleash.
The Gamundan roared as he hurled massive chunks of earth at Ludwid's glowing figure, each boulder tearing through the air with destructive force. The Metharan conjured a vast body of water, splitting it into two enormous waves that surged toward Ludwid from opposite directions, aiming to crush him in between them.
