"Captain Amber, there's someone on the desert island ahead. Do we want to go there?"

On this day, Amber's boat was sailing towards Cocoa Village. The helmsman, in charge of steering, saw a person on the nearby desert island, vigorously waving his hands.

"Who do you think I am? Should I pull the boat over?"

"Yes, Captain Amber."

The hired crew members followed Amber's orders obediently and moved closer.

As the boat approached, Amber could clearly see the man on the shore.

He had green hair, a stern face, and a cool expression. He wore a white short-sleeved shirt, a green bellyband around his waist, black trousers, and had three swords at his side.

"Isn't this Roronoa Zoro, Luffy's future partner who aspires to be the world's greatest swordsman?" Amber murmured to himself.

"Hey! Do you need help?" one of the crew members called to Zoro.

"Yes, I had no money to buy a proper boat, so I rowed out to sea alone. I encountered turbulence and ended up stranded here. My boat sank. Can you give me a ride?" Zoro explained calmly.

"And what do we get for taking you with us?" Amber wanted to test Zoro.

"It's tough! I don't have much money," Zoro said, scratching his head.

"I'm a bounty hunter. If you give me a ride, I'll catch a few pirates at the next town and give them to you as fare," Zoro suggested.

"Hahaha, how do we know you won't just run away at the next town?"

"That would be difficult."

Amber looked at the three swords on Zoro's waist and had an idea.

"Those swords seem valuable. How about using one as fare?"

"What did you say?" Zoro's eyes sharpened.

"A swordsman's sword is not to be humiliated!" Zoro said seriously, staring at Amber.

Then, Zoro turned his back to Amber and the crew, saying coldly, "Go away. I don't need your help."

"What a pure swordsman!"

"Okay, I was just joking. Come aboard, we'll take you," Amber said, smiling.

"Really?"

Zoro got on the boat, though doubtful.

"Prepare food for him!" Amber ordered the chef.

"Yes, Captain," the chef responded and went to the kitchen.

"Swallowing sound..." Zoro heard the word "food" and swallowed unconsciously.

"Officially, I am the captain, Amber," Amber extended his hand to Zoro.

"Roronoa Zoro, a swordsman," Zoro shook hands with Amber.

"Zoro, where are you heading?" Amber asked.

"No specific destination. Just drop me at the next town," Zoro replied calmly.

"If you don't have a destination, why not stay with us for now? I need a bodyguard for a dangerous task. You're a bounty hunter, so you must be skilled!"

Amber had decided to bring Zoro onboard as a crew member, recognizing his potential and strong will.

"Alright, let me repay you for saving my life!" Zoro agreed without hesitation.

While they talked, the chef quickly prepared food. Seeing Zoro devour it, Amber was speechless, realizing Zoro hadn't eaten in days.

...

"Captain, a small merchant ship is ahead with no escorts," a pirate reported after observing the sea.

"Hahaha, very good. The past caravans had guards, but this one is easy prey. Let's start," the pirate captain laughed.

"Hahaha"

"Yes, Captain, let's rob them and feed them to the fish."

...

The pirates shouted excitedly.

"Captain, we're being targeted," the hired crew member reported to Amber in a panic.

"Why panic? We have a bounty hunter here. Zoro, show us your strength," Amber said to Zoro nonchalantly.

"Leave it to me." Zoro, holding his sword, leaned on the deck, confident in his strength.

The pirate ship approached quickly, and pirates boarded Amber's ship with weapons.

"Kill!" They charged at Amber and the crew.

Zoro, suddenly alert, drew his three swords and spun them, creating a huge storm that swept away the pirates.

"Three-Sword Style. Tornado!"

In an instant, all the pirates were defeated.

"Wow, that's awesome!" the hired crew member exclaimed.

"A master indeed!" The pirate captain with a big sword approached slowly.

"Are you also a swordsman?" Zoro asked calmly, eyeing the captain's sword.

"If I'm not mistaken, you're Roronoa Zoro, the bounty hunter with three swords!"

Zoro's eyes met the captain's, and they clashed swords, attacking fiercely. Soon, their swords locked together in a struggle.

"As expected of Roronoa Zoro, the strongest bounty hunter in the East Blue."

Without a word, Zoro struck upwards, forcing the captain to jump back.

"Let's settle this with one final move. One-Sword Style. Shattered."

"Three-Sword Secret Technique. Three Thousand Worlds."

They passed each other, and in the next second, the pirate captain fell to the ground.
