A thunderstorm and heavy rain woke up Danny Sage from his final rest in bleak dead of night. Shattered memories assaulted his mind of the final battle he had met his end at the hands of two women but he was alive again reborn with a different name and destiny.

I stared at Luna as she faded from the Crossroads. "Your leaving already. I still don't get what your upset about." I said.

Luna giggled. "I'm not upset at all." She said. "You did what I asked you to do and you like me. Both of those traits are not common at all with the mortals I have chosen to be my Sages and heralds. It will be some time for you before we see each other again. Be well." She said and disappeared.

I wondered at what she meant and the sadness I heard in layered in her voice. It was strange and then The Crossroads magic took hold of me again. I felt in a buzz for several hours though I wasn't drunk. I enjoyed my time entertaining and joking with my guests while they enjoyed the atmosphere.
