Adrian settled into the car, with Noah following suit. As they took their seats, Mike moved to the front, starting the engine.
Adrian's grip on Noah's hand remained firm, and when Noah stole a glance at him, he found Adrian already looking back at him.
A smile graced Noah's lips before he shyly averted his gaze. Adrian, however, had other plans. He carefully placed Noah's hand on his lap, holding both of them together.
Feeling the closeness and the connection, Noah shifted a bit closer to Adrian and leaned his head on Adrian's shoulder.
He felt safe and reassured, knowing that Adrian was unperturbed by any onlookers' stares.
Adrian's lips brushed against Noah's hair, leaving a soft kiss as he rested his head on top of Noah's. The car continued to pick up speed along the main road until it eventually came to a halt in front of a restaurant.
Adrian released his hold on Noah's hand. They exited the car almost simultaneously.
