Noah couldn't think of what to do. He didn't have any options except waiting for Adrian. He knew Adrian would handle the pressure calmly.
There were so many different news stories on the internet about them, with comments ranging from positive to negative. Noah couldn't blink the entire night. He kept drinking but couldn't calm down. After having too much to drink, he finally fell asleep.
"Noah, wake up," a soft voice called out. Noah's body felt heavy, and his head throbbed in pain as he opened his eyes. When he saw Adrian, his heaviness finally lifted.
It was already afternoon.
"Where have you been? Are you okay? Is everything okay?" Noah quickly straightened up on the sofa and asked.
Adrian smiled softly, moving a strand of hair away from Noah's face.
"Yes, everything is fine." He placed a kiss on Noah's forehead.
"What have you done? You reek of alcohol. Don't do this again," he said, cupping Noah's face in his palms.
