At six feet tall, with dark hair and piercing green eyes, Edward had a commanding presence that often drew attention wherever he went. Today was no different.

He adjusted his coat as he made his way to his usual booth by the window, a spot that afforded him a clear view of the bustling street outside. The familiar waitress, a young woman with soft brown curls and a perpetual blush whenever Edward was around, hurried over as he settled into his seat.

“Your usual?” she asked with a shy smile, clutching her notepad.

Edward gave her a quick nod, his lips quirking in a faint smile. “Yes, please. And bring some extra coffee as well—black.”
