CHAPTER 23: NEW BOUNDARIES.
"Seeing how invested you are in the welfare and smooth running of Cap Industries, well, not just Cap Industries alone, ever considered taking up the leadership of the company?" Mr Bishop asked.
"I'm sorry, you mean leadership, and not just working for you?" Justin raised his eyebrows as he tilted his head, wondering.
"Yeah. I mean, you'll still be working for me, but at an executive level," Mr Bishop clarified.
"Phew! I- I don't know what to say," Justin responded, not expecting that at all.
"You were perceptive and observant enough to spot the flaws within the two businesses, things I had missed," Mr Bishop continued.
"Your judgement will be impeccable, since you're not sentimental about the assessment of the credibility of my workers. And that's why I am very certain you'd make a great CEO."
Justin's eyes widened in surprise. "You want me to be the CEO?"
"Of course, who else would I rather entrust my affairs to, if not my competent son?"
