CHAPTER 48: GIVING IT A TRY.

Detective Savannah was just home relaxing herself and she had waited patiently for the evening to come when Kyle would come and pick her up.

She engaged herself with some romantic movie. She was so lost into the movie imagining herself.

She was on the movie and didn't know it was already time.

Her phone rang and interrupted her movie session. She hissed and took her face from the phone until the call ended.

The phone rang the second, she just sluggishly looked at the phone, it was Kyle.

"Oh my!" she exclaimed and stood up from her couch. She quickly looked at the time and saw it was already some minutes passed 8 pm.

"Hey, Kyle," she said, as she picked the call.

"Hey, pretty. Are you set?" Kyle asked.

"Yeah. But I still need some time to round up," Savannah responded.

"Okay. I will be there in few minutes," Kyle said.

"Alright," Savannah responded, and she quickly took a shower and dressed up immediately.
