Lucas lingered at the perimeter of the training area, observing as Aelric talked with a cluster of junior fighters. The advisor spoke energetically with sharp and aggressive gestures. Lucas scowled, detecting the fear hidden in the warriors' gaze while they heard Aelric's passionate talk. 


 Once the training session was over, Lucas went up to Eleanor, who was supervising the arrangements for the upcoming patrols. "Eleanor, we must have a conversation," he stated, speaking quietly and intensely. 


Eleanor raised her head from the maps that were laid out on the table. Lucas, what is that? "You appear to be concerned." 


 "It is Aelric." "I'm concerned about the impact he's having on the group," Lucas stated cautiously. He has been talking to the younger fighters, instilling them with fright and promoting increased aggression. "It's leading to agitation."
