In the remote village of Black Hollow, an ancient legend persisted—a tale whispered by the elders and dreaded by the children. It was said that deep within the cursed woods, there lived a monstrous creature known as the Ghoulish Guardian. This being, with its long, matted hair, sunken yellow eyes, and a twisted grin that sent chills down one's spine, was the protector of an old and forgotten cemetery hidden among the trees.
The cemetery was believed to hold the remains of those who had committed the most heinous of sins, their souls cursed to wander the earth for eternity. The Guardian was their jailer, ensuring that they never left the confines of their graves. But the villagers knew that the Guardian's duty extended beyond just keeping the dead in—he also kept the living out.
