The wind howled as the survivors stood in eerie silence. The house was gone, but the sensation of being watched never left.

Draven checked his revolver. Mira clutched the cursed book, still hearing the whispers of the Forsaken Girl. Elias’ gaze was fixed ahead, where a train station emerged from the mist.

A rusted sign swayed above the platform: "Terminus."

“That wasn’t there before,” Zara muttered.

The train sat on the tracks, steam curling from beneath it. The metal gleamed, pristine in a world of decay. Its doors stood wide open, as if… inviting them in.

Elias exhaled. “Something’s wrong.”

“No kidding,” Draven said. “But we need to move.”

Mira hesitated. The book trembled in her hands. The Hollow Man’s laughter still echoed in her mind.

She stepped onto the platform—and the world blurred.

Darkness swallowed them whole.
