Night walk 2.

Ariel remained silent as she had nothing else to say. She savoured the silence as they walked slowly in the cold night.

The wind blew at them, not minding if they wanted it's air or not. Ariel's long dark hair danced along with the wind, she had her eyes closed as she enjoyed the feeling.

"You're not being fair." Daniel commented breaking the silence.

"Huh? How?" Ariel asked confused

"I told you about myself and you don't plan on doing same?"

"You didn't ask, did you?"

"Did I need to ask?"

"Do you need to sound arrogant?" She argued back

"Why don't you try asking nicely? I wasn't going to refuse anyways." she added.

"Goddess Ariel, could you please tell me more about yourself?" Daniel asked playfully

"That's more like it. How many names am I going to earn from you in one night?" She gave out a small laugh

"Depends on how many you can earn." Daniel chuckle

"Weirdo. Anyways, am Ariel as you know, I was born and raised in country A like you, finished highschool not too long ago. I am the only princess of my dad. What else? Am a lover of fictional books, I live for them. What else do you want to know?" She turn around just to see Daniel eyes on her as he had a smile on his lips.

"What are you looking at? Do I have something on my face?" She asked worriedly as she touched her face.

"You do have something on your face but am afraid it's stuck."

"What's that?" Ariel asked with panic written all over her face.

"Beauty." Daniel replied with all manner of seriousness.

"Dic!khead you made me worry for no reason! Fuck you Daniel." Ariel cursed angrily making Daniel laugh hard. He could definitely get use to her cursing.

"Your too easy to provoke. Why do we need an introduction when we could just skip to the necessary part."

"What necessary part?" Ariel asked innocently.

"The part where i pull you closer and kiss you." Daniel teased watching every bit of her expression.

"Sorry dude I don't kiss strangers." Ariel jokingly replied

"More like you can't kiss."

"How would you know that? I got a degree in kissing." Ariel defended proudly.

"Is that so? Who did you kiss if I may ask? Your dad? Mum? Jessica? Who else?" Daniel laughed

"Go die in hell." Ariel cursed as she pulled her hand away from his hold as she walked faster.

Here was her curses again. Daniel thought in his mind. He had never received this much curse in one night.

"Why do you get mad so easily?" Daniel yelled after her as he took long steps to meet up with her.

"What makes you think I haven't kissed before?" Ariel asked back.

"Can we not do this? Am sorry okay?" Daniel apologized not wanting to argue with her.

"Allow me think about your apology." Ariel replied with a smug look.

Daniel stared at her as he held back his laugh, she was just too cute.

"Hey, there's a firework display happening soon. Wanna watch?"

"Sure." Daniel replied almost immediately staring at her. She couldn't tell if he wanted to watch the fireworks or if her wanted to watch her.

Still holding hands, Daniel and Ariel walked down to were the fire works were about to take place. Ariel noticing something was wrong looked up at Daniel wondering if he had also noticed.

There wasn't many people around which wasn't suppose to be, because it was a free fire work display.

Looking around, it was a nice environment. they found a good spot and they lay down there quietly waiting for the fire works to start.

Soon the sky was lit up with different colours and it was a very beautiful sight. Ariel kept her head on Daniel's chest as she enjoyed the moment. This was a night she hoped to always remember.
