Legacy of the Godslayer

Unlike Papati and Crisoto, which were just barely developed, Torgard was an entirely different story. While Falnora was the most populated city in the Northern Empire, it was also the most underdeveloped.

Due to the chaos in the city, the government of the Northern Empire paid little attention to the place. It was like hell, and there were even rumors that the nobles in Falnora had been banished there as a form of punishment.

Due to the lack of government attention, the infrastructure and general affairs of the city were a mess. This was also why the branch of the royal military stationed there, the Blue Legion, was vying for power with two gangs.

But Torgard was different. While it wasn't as developed as other cities in the Northern Empire, it was the most developed area in Falnora. And this was for one reason: it shared a border with the slum areas of Zintis, the capital city.
