This is a Webnovel version of Crystalline Codex, the second installment of Elsword Fables, whose main storyline was serialized on Wattpad from November 2020 to October 2021.

This adapts the first 9 seasons of Crystalline Codex, where the story begins with Noah being clumsy in front of his brother, along with a continuation of random stories involving Fabian and his cousin Elsword throughout the whole book, ending with the fall of the Rune Tower.

Crystalline Codex

At Blossom Forest in Sakurahama Island, Saphir found his biological mother walking by with her lover who was about the same age as her. He ran to hug her and she left her lover alone by walking away with her son to the World Tunnel. While in the Velder Castle Area, Saphir and his mother rented an apartment room, right before his first day of school began and she prepared school supplies for him.

Saphir entered Velder Academy and showed up in its biology class much to the biology teacher and some of his classmates' horror. This caused some of his classmates except for Lu to laugh at him, but Lu said to him "Hey Saphir, please take a seat next to me!"

While Saphir walks to the seat, Elesis puts her foot to make him fall which backfired as he kicked her foot and sat next to Lu. The entire class resumed biology class until the school bell rang that the entire class left the classroom as there were another class waiting in line.

The scene switches to Lu, Saphir and Elesis sitting at the cafeteria. While sitting in the next table, Elesis steals a lunchbox from Saphir's bag and saw it, which contained unfrozen food and instant noodles, which made her disgusted and Lu got mad at him and said "Saphir, what the hell have you done to Elesis? What did she do to you? Your mother gave you frozen food that was unfrozen, so please eat my salad!"

Saphir eats Lu's salad and he finds it delicious, only to throw a fork in the next table and Elesis saw it in fear. The scene switches to Saphir and Lu walking to a bench outside of the school, only for Elesis to sit in the bench and said "Go away and find somewhere else other than my bench, idiots!"

Saphir and Lu sat behind the bench, with her giving a book for him to read but he threw the book to Elesis' head, which caused her to faint. Elsword saw the book that hit his sister in the head and it hit his head too. Lu said to Saphir "Oh my god! How dare you throw a book at Elesis and Elsword's heads! That's very stupid of what you have done!"

Lu gave Saphir glasses and a comic for him to read. The scene switches to the two and Elona at the science classroom. While the science teacher was teaching science, Ciel and Saphir experiment with the test tubes while Elona has an test tube with the orange liquid that contained an explosive.

Elona puts the explosive liquid into Saphir's test tube and this backfires as Saphir said "Yikes! What's this explosive liquid?!" and threw his own test tubes at him, causing it to explode in front of him. The science teacher got shocked and Saphir and Ciel high-fives each other. 

Back at the Velder Castle area, Saphir and Ciel walked in front of his biological mother in their apartment. The science teacher falls in love with Saphir's biological mother and the two high fives.
