Crash Course

Giovanni, in his own sensibility, had tried to mimic Xavier, but he just couldn't. He couldn't barge into her room or make narcissistic comments like Xavier. He couldn't even mimic Xavier's voice properly, unlike Xavier, who could mimic him with ease.

Xavier didn't particularly have a favorite color, so he just said the first color that came to his mind.

"Who are you?" she whispered as she approached him.

Giovanni kept moving backward until his back hit the wall. Alessia trapped him between her arms and stared at him with scrutiny.

He gave what was supposed to be a mischievous smirk, but it came out as a sickly grin.

His heart was thumping twice as hard as he thought of a way to dispel whatever suspicion was forming in her mind.

"Do you know Giovanni?" Alessia suddenly asked.

Slowly, he nodded.
