I Will Reward You Later

Hearing this, Gudrich smiled. "Young man, you're so arrogant, huh?! However, I didn't touch her specifically since I was waiting for you to arrive. I want you to witness that scene with your own eyes! Watching your wife be defiled and ruined while you're powerless to intervene must be fantastic to watch, right?!"

The homicidal purpose in Ethan's eyes became more intense. He had intended to be lenient with Gudrich Voss, but it now seemed unnecessary.

"Damn it!" "What are you saying, old dog?!" Dylan became enraged and attempted to charge forward to kill Gudrich, but Ethan stopped him.

"I am not as arrogant as you two. You abducted and drugged someone. You folks seem to enjoy this trick a lot. I'm curious how your son felt when he tasted his own medicine. Do you want to try it too? In any event, you have a candidate here, so I may as well fulfill your request." Ethan's brows furrowed as he looked at Gudrich and the big man beside him.

"Kid, you're very gutsy!" Gudrich was surprised for a moment before laughing again despite his fury. "You are nothing more than a lowly family's live-in son-in-law. You are a useless loser. Where did you acquire the nerve to speak to me in that manner?! The Voss family is highly respected throughout the county. You're not terrified of dying, right? You should know your place the moment you arrived in this county, kid!"

"The Voss family is nothing." Ethan sneered, refusing to take the Voss family seriously. "And you're mistaken. You are the one with a death wish. "Who gave you the courage to touch my wife?"

"You're on the verge of death and still this sharp-tongued, huh? "I'll see if your bones are as strong as your mouth!" Gudrich scowled sinisterly and was ready to order the strong man opposite him to move when...

"What are you waiting for, Dylan?" Ethan shouted, "Deliver the big gift we prepared for him."

"Yes, Ethan!" When Dylan heard his instruction, he flung the man he had been dragging, and the bloodied body rolled toward Gudrich. He was utterly still, and it was uncertain if he was alive or not.

Gudrich cast a glance at the pitiful figure. His limbs had been broken, and he lay limply on the ground. His face was severely battered with bruises, and his flesh was badly mutilated with blood all over it, rendering him unrecognizable.

Gudrich smirked as he glanced at Ethan and Dylan. "Where did you get this man from?" Are you attempting to terrify me? I've spent decades associating with gangs. "I am not easily intimidated."

Dylan couldn't stop snickering and mocking. "Old dog, you should open your eyes and take a good look. Otherwise, it will be the end of your family line. Use your eyes and see!"

"What do you mean?" Gudrich furrowed his brow.

"Don't you have eyes?" Can you see for yourself? "There you go." Dylan pointed his chin toward the horrible image.

Gudrich bent his head and placed his foot against the bloodied body on the ground. Then, a familiar-looking gold pendant came out.

Gudrich was startled and rushed to have a closer look. Indeed, the word 'Voss' was etched on the pendant. It was the gold pendant that his son had worn since childhood!

Looking at the bloodied man in front of him, he began to recognize him, and his heart rate increased.

Gudrich got up abruptly and growled, "Alaric!"

Dylan smiled and told Ethan, "Ethan, I've beaten him up to the point where his old man doesn't recognize him. See I'm fantastic!"

Ethan smiled. "Great job. I will reward you later."

Gudrich frowned with fury. He became hysterical after hearing their statements. "Good, great! You two brats, I have to murder you! I'll make sure you don't die as a total corpse!"

Gudrich yelled at the tall, muscular man next to him, "Go beat them until they die!" I'll give you one and a half million dollars. I want you to shatter their bones, make them scream, and repent for all what they did."

"Yes!" The big, muscular man clenched his hand, and bones cracking filled the air.

He took a few steps forward, and the entire floor quaked a few times.

However, Ethan looked at the big man calmly and said to Dylan, "I'll leave it to you." He proceeded near Anastasia, not looking at him.

After being ignored, the strong man shouted and raised his fist, punching Ethan hard.

It would have been shattered if the punch had fallen on his head!

Ethan stayed calm as if he had not noticed the fist coming at him.

"Hmph! You have a death wish! Noah is the king of underground boxing and can shatter your head with a single strike! Let's see whether you can keep being arrogant!" Gudrich's lips curled into a sneer as if he could see Ethan's head being smashed.

At this point, a person appeared and slammed a faster fist into Noah's. With a loud bang, the powerful Noah was forced to take several steps back.

At the same time, Noah screamed in anguish.

His right hand was hanging in front of his torso at an unusual angle, and his right arm was twitching wildly. His fingers and wrists were utterly broken. Excruciating pain he felt!

Gudrich's eyes widened with surprise.

Noah was a combat expert he had hired for a considerable fee. With his fists alone, he had already shattered the heads of numerous victims.

Gudrich Voss paid a steep price to kill Ethan and avenge his son. But what happened? He was not affected at all. Neither touched with a single hair.

Noah did not only miss Ethan with his swing, but Dylan's punch damaged the bones in his fingers and wrists. How could Gudrich handle it?!

To ease his wrath, he was already planning to have Noah beat Ethan Knight and then force him to watch Anastasia Reed be defiled. This was just a dream at this moment!

Now, all of his intentions have been ruined!

In contrast, Ethan ignored it. He stepped over to Anastasia, lifted her in his arms, and turned to leave.

He didn't want Anastasia to stay in such a filthy environment any longer.

"Hold it!" Gudrich shouted as Ethan was about to carry Anastasia away.

"If you dare to leave here, I will kill you immediately. "Do you believe it?" Gudrich grimaced.

He only heard Ethan's contemptuous scoff. "Hmph!"
