Chapter 103- I’m still mad about the steak

As Nia stepped into the dining room, she nearly stopped in her tracks. The long wooden table, adorned with an array of mouthwatering breakfast dishes—flaky croissants, fresh fruit, perfectly scrambled eggs, and the unmistakable aroma of espresso—was surrounded by familiar faces. Rizi, Abby, Jason, Francesco, Ace, Zain, and even Grandpa Bennetti. But the one face that made her blood run cold was sitting there, casually chatting with her brother like they were old friends.

The man who had kidnapped her.

Nia's expression hardened instantly. Her voice was sharp, slicing through the lighthearted chatter. "What the hell is he doing here?"

The room fell silent, forks pausing mid-air, conversations halting. All eyes turned toward her.

Zack, who had guided her to the table, calmly pulled out a chair for her. "Sit, Nia."

She stayed standing, glaring at the man. If looks could kill, Kieran would have been dead six feet under the ground.
