The Curse of Curiosity and the Book of Azif

Thank you to the author for listening to every detail of my story until the end and for publishing it. I hope you enjoy the story. Thanks also to the author for the advice and respectful manner of communication. Please coordinate the story in standard Arabic.

I am M.D., 20 years old. Everything started when I began researching jinn and magic books. I had an immense curiosity to know everything about them.

I watched many horror movies and listened to audio stories. I was obsessed with the other world, searching for information about them and any way to communicate with them. I intensely searched for magic books like "Shams al-Ma'arif" or "Al-Azif" in any online library, but to no avail. The electronic version of "Shams al-Ma'arif" was very expensive, and I couldn't afford it. As for "Al-Azif," I couldn't find a copy, especially since the information about it suggested that all copies were burned, and the original Arabic manuscript was hidden by the jinn so no one could know about it.

In the end, I lost hope and resorted to movies and other things. I was extremely curious, but as the saying goes, "Mention the devil and he will appear."

The next day, I received a notification from Google about a page to download the book "Al-Azif." I was surprised but opened it with immense curiosity and excitement.

I found a link to download the first twenty pages of the book. It wasn't complete, but it would satisfy my curiosity. I downloaded the book, went to my room, closed the door, turned off the lights, and opened the file.

The first page read:

**********

"Al-Azif," The Book of the Dead by Abdullah al-Hazred. These pages are translated from the English version and are completely real.

The Book of the Dead is the most dangerous book on magic, summoning jinn, and the spirits of the dead.

I turned the pages with curiosity to find pictures of strange creatures and inscriptions around them.

The Ruler of Darkness, the Sovereign over Demons, the King of Hell, the Princess of Darkness, the Seven Kings, Arba'al, the servant Marduk, etc.

All these pictures and symbols and more fueled my curiosity, making me even more excited.

Until I reached the fifteenth page, which contained a method for summoning jinn, followed by pictures of talismans and the names of the jinn associated with them.

The servant Marduk, the servant Arba'al, the servant Daruka.

Under each name, there was a drawing of the talisman and the power of the servant.

Among them were the thief, the deluder, the giver of strength and prestige, the one who instills terror in the hearts of those who look at you, the killer, the kidnapper, the information gatherer, the watcher, and others.

All of them could be used with a silver ring and a certain type of gemstone.

I continued reading until there was a knock on my room door. I said, "Who is it?" but no one answered, and the knocking continued. I got off the bed and opened the door but found nothing, which scared me since my family was out of the house.

I closed the door and continued reading, finishing the book and satisfying part of my curiosity. The day continued as usual, watching horror or action movies and so on, but my curiosity drew me back to read the book again even though I had finished it.

At eight o'clock, I couldn't resist and went to read it. My curiosity led me to try one of the talismans.

All the talismans required having a ring and a gemstone, but I found one that only needed a piece of white paper and black ink.

I was very excited, drew the talisman on the paper, and went to the fifteenth page to read the summoning spell, which was written in Arabic.

It read:

"Zi Denkir Kia Kanpa..."

I repeated these incomprehensible words with my hand on the drawing I had made, and as I repeated the spell, a formation appeared in my mind.

I suddenly stopped because my phone began to lag, and the file closed on its own. I felt a change in temperature in the room, fluctuating between heat and cold.

I heard tapping at the foot of the bed and the sound of cats.

I stood on the bed out of anxiety. My room was near the house's air shaft, and I heard something falling violently into it repeatedly.

The tapping continued, the heat became unbearable, and then a violent reaction occurred; something pushed and struck me hard against the wall.

I was then suspended against the wall, unable to move, and my phone lit up on the pages of the book, highlighting the words "Conditions for Summoning," which included being at night during a full moon in silence.

I remembered that it was morning, meaning I had done something wrong.

I heard the sound of teeth chattering behind the door, and the tapping on the bed turned into rapid, severe scratching.

Suspended and not understanding what was happening, all I tried to do was speak to recite Quran to save myself.

Suddenly, everything disappeared, and I fell onto the bed. I had a vision of a person holding a copy of the book, reading the talismans in the bathroom with the door closed. From the screams inside the bathroom, the door opened, revealing the man hanged by a rope in the bathroom, although I knew he hadn't been inside.

I opened my eyes, and everything returned to normal. As for the book, it was erased from the phone; I don't know how, but it was deleted along with the website.

When I researched the matter, I learned that what happened was a warning not to approach them again.

Since then, I have refrained from searching and stuck to watching movies and listening to audio stories.

I hope you enjoyed the stories. Don't forget to comment and vote to publish more novels and stories.

The stories have been coordinated to be either mysterious or clear.

Thank you for reading and enjoying them. I did not write the complete talisman so that no one would get hurt. Be aware that magic and dealing with jinn is forbidden and endangers your life and the lives of those around you. May you remain in God's protection. Until we meet again.
