Gu-li started explaining the system and rules of the Competition.

"This flight of stairs is the soul absorbing Stairs of ages.... " Many Cultivators were Shocked, the Absorbing stairs of ages was a powerful and famous item. Millions of years ago a dragon Cultivator named Ku-pin gave the owner of the stairs part of his absorbing energy to create the energy.
The historic owner refined the Absorbing energy and it became one of the most mysterious weapon of ages.
"The staircase has one thousand and one stairs, each hundredth stair has hundred Keys... You are required to get to the stair you know you can and take a key to be qualified for the next phase..... Remember don't be foolish and overconfident...."Gu-li warned and instructed the One hundred participants to move to the stairs.
All the Cultivators moved like the wind up the stairs.
The Absorbing energy of the Stairs increased as they the Cultivators went higher. Many Nature layer Cultivator picked a blue key at the hundredth stair.
"Whoops" Other Cultivators continued moving up the stairs...
"Noooooo!" A Cultivator of the nature layer bursted not even his soul was left everything vanished. The Absorbing energy was now monstrous.
The cultivators chanted soild absorbing Mantra as they continued moving up.

The Cultivators started burstimg one after the other. They couldn't go Down back to the Hundredth stair, they could only keep going or die.
More than Eighty percent of the participants picked a key at Two hundred stair.

Aqua, ion-la, DEMONIC, Lad-ou and Hu-lan from Sa region.
Guro, yi-wo, kat-ded, and so-ft from Maz region

The Absorbing energy of the stairs was getting more powerful as they ascended the stairs....
"Gra-ma hold my hand" Leo shouted as he continued moving like the wind up....
At the five hundredth step half of the remaining Cultivators picked a key.
"Brother Buj-ji, I feel my soul wants to come out of me let me pick a key" Gra-ma said weakly.
"Okay, when we get to the six Hundredth stair you'd pick a key" Leo moved up the stairs monstrously like the Absorbing energy didn't affect him.
"Seven hundredth stair"..... Everyone was amazed only two Cultivators were still going up the stair.

"Okay it's a bet".... Leo was not done talking when beast man sprang forward like a jet.

Everyone heard their conversation and we're all anticipating. Some rich Cultivators placed bets on Leo and Beast man.

Many people were dumbstruck, Cultivators could kill themselves for just one Henuy pill, but Ancestor was An-gru said it like a mere pill.
"If that Beast man gets there first I'd give him my dragon absorbing cauldron".... Ras-ma shouted also sounding confident.

Leo was standing on the nine hundredth stair folding his arms like a victorious hero..
"How did you do that friend, you cheated.... I saw you behind me just now ... How...." Beast man was very confused.
" Hahahahahahaha!, DEMONIC is a very tricky guy... He had been interacting with Beast man the whole time with a clone ... Hahahahahah!," An-gru laughed as he saw the turn of events.
"No one would get my Lion absorbing cauldron after all....." Ras-ma said smiling.
"I respect you,..... Hahahahah!" Beast man laughed whole heartedly as he got on the Nine hundredth stair.
Beast man picked a key expecting Leo to do the same.....
"Friend, I'm going higher" Leo said sounding like a mad man.
Gu-li was shocked, no one had ever passed the nine hundredth stair not even him, those that tried it lost their mind immediately they start.....
"Luz, let's absorb more...." Everyone heard Leo as he sprang up moving like a jet......
