The guards that were stationed at the gate quickly rose to their feet, panicked expressions on their face.

Amell dug his spear into the floor as he moved forward, the ground thrumming under the influence of his enigma and the dirt bubbling underneath his feet.

The ground where the guards stood exploded as jaggered rocks emerged from the floor destroying the entire gate in front of them.

The sound of the crash had no doubt alearted everyone in the castle about their presence. From a distance Chari could see multiple guards with full plate armour charging out of the castle.

A few hours ago Chari's second team had launched an attack at the border of her capital, no doubt surprising their defensive force.
