At nine o'clock sharp, the Civil Affairs Bureau opened on time.
Han Yingying and Shen Mosheng were the first to obtain their marriage certificate.
Seeing Han Yingying's birthday, the staff member looked up at the two of them and joked with a smile, "Getting a certificate as soon as you're eligible, it seems you really want to marry him."
Before Han Yingying could respond, Shen Mosheng's light voice rose to her ear, serious and sincere.
"It's me who can't wait to marry Yingying."
The staff member smiled amiably, "Now that you've married her, you must cherish her and strive to journey together for a lifetime."
"I will," Shen Mosheng said with treasured words, his gaze intently on Han Yingying.
Han Yingying playfully punched him with a bit of a laugh.
That was the staff poking fun, yet he was eager to reply.
"You've found a good husband, cherish him well," the staff member handed over the marriage certificates to the couple, with a kind reminder.
