"Shen Mosheng, this isn't the way home."
"Yes," Shen Mosheng said decisively, not slowing the car down at all.
Han Yingying glared at him, "Are you making fun of me for not knowing the way?"
"No," Shen Mosheng, focused on the road conditions without sparing a glance her way, explained earnestly.
"When grandpa said he wouldn't let you in, I bought a house. If grandpa really opposes it till the end, we can move out and live there."
Shen Mosheng was such a stickler for tradition, Han Yingying had always thought his family values were extremely important to him, that after marriage, living with the elders without separating was a given. She never expected he would consider living just the two of them and had even bought a house for it.
She watched Shen Mosheng for a long time until his ears turned red before she spoke.
"Shen Mosheng, don't you feel it's unfilial to move out and live on our own?"
