Huo Jingtang's lips quirked imperceptibly at the corners twice; he thought the warmth of a family was just like this. He truly hoped that it would always be like this in the future, being able to eat meals prepared by Qin Yucen every day, and for the family to be happy together.
Qin Yucen took great care of Lele during the meal, offering him veggies: "Eat more greens; they're good for your health."
"Sister's cooking is really yummy," praised Lele.
Qin Yucen looked at his little round face tilted upwards, the black-and-white distinct large eyes like two grapes, and his rosy little mouth still smeared with grains of rice. Lele was so endearing, the more one looked at him, the more likable he became.
"Look, there are rice grains all over your face. Let me wipe them off." Qin Yucen pulled out a tissue and gently wiped off the grains of rice from his face, careful and tender.
"Thank you, sister," Lele said with a smile that twinkled in his eyes.
