That last name replayed itself in Conrad's mind as he ascended the stairs of the lecture hall. Hearing it sent a shiver down his spine.

The incident at the hotel, the deaths of Meliora and 3 Operational Managers, and finally, the haunting image of his own mom. All of it resurfaced the moment he dropped his bag down and took a seat.

That name alone seemed to stir those memories, even as he tried to push them back down.

Khione's presence was magnetic yet terrifying, and Connie found himself hanging on every word she spoke, despite the unease settling in his chest.

This woman held the last name of the Witch—Luciel Kilde. No way she was just another instructor. She could be something else entirely, and as much as he wanted to look away, he couldn't.

'They can't be related right?'

He thought, trying to rationalize his unease. What were the odds of that?
