[Chrysanthemum Cemetery]

“Olivia, what are you doing here?”
I mean, I know that she’s here for her mom, but then why is she standing in front of Daddy’s headstone? It’s just so strange.
“What do you mean? I want to pay respects to my best friend’s father.” She pointed out as she put a rose on Daddy’s headstone. I noticed there was another flower that was already there.
Before I could even ask about it, Mom noticed it too.
“How lovely! A purple hyacinth and a rose; your father must be overjoyed. Thank you for the rose, Olivia. You’re such a sweet girl.” Mom ecstatically said as she patted Olivia’s head.
Huh? But then…
“Then, what about the purple hyacinth? Who put it there?” I wondered as I placed the wrapped Carbonara near Daddy’s headstone as an offering for him.
“If I recall correctly, in the language of flowers, purple hyacinth means-” Olivia started to make a point, but I realized where this was going, so I blurted out:
