Then, she walked up to Stacey and looked at her coldly. “This isn’t the place to cause a scene. If you keep it up, I’ll ask the security personnel to escort you out! Or do you want me to call the police?”
When Stacey heard Bianca mention the police, she knew it was time to leave. Although she didn’t get the money, she managed to make Peter even more disappointed in Bianca. Moreover, she damaged Bianca’s reputation at work. So, the visit wasn’t a waste after all.
Stacey felt satisfied. She got up, wiped away her tears, and went to help Peter, who was breathing heavily.
Pretending to be restless, Stacey uttered seriously. “Bianca, we had no choice but to talk to you. We didn’t mean to embarrass you. Please don’t call the security personnel or the police. We’ll leave on our own.”
As the crowd watched Stacey leave with that silver-haired man, their dislike for Bianca grew even more.
