Chapter 101: She’s In There With A Man

Dave stopped, gazing down at Natalie. “Who are you?”

Natalie’s smile faded slightly. How could Dave not remember her?

How could this be happening?

Natalie was a celebrated actress, having even won the Best Actress award, and a well-known figure in the entertainment industry. How could anyone not recognize her?

She smiled awkwardly and said, “I’m Natalie King. You once helped me at the racecourse.”

She wondered if he found it hard to believe he’d meet a famous star in this setting. Considering she looked even more stunning in person than on screen, she considered the possibility that he might not have recognized her.

But Dave replied coldly, “Oh, it seems I vaguely remember. What’s up?”

Natalie’s mouth twitched at Dave’s response. Despite her introduction, he only vaguely remembered her. Was he playing hard to get?

Hiding her disappointment, Natalie clenched her fists and offered a soft smile. “Are you here to see Bianca?”
