As he approached the school building, he gazed at it with a sense of determination. This was the place where he would dedicate the next three years of his life, until he landed a more permanent position. With confidence, he strode in and greeted the room with a bright "Good morning, everyone. I am Yuji Rei, your new history teacher and homeroom instructor." The chatter in the classroom came to a halt as he continued, "Please take your seats. Now, I'd like each of you to introduce yourselves." And one by one, the students began to share a bit about themselves.
As he exited the classroom, he caught wind of a conversation between two students. "It seems Kazehaya San had a showdown with a second-year who confessed to him. They're both pretty banged up, but neither is willing to back down," one of them said. He glanced over and saw that it was Akiru who was speaking. He listened in as Akiru continued, "I bumped into him yesterday, and he's actually a nice guy despite his intimidating appearance. He's a man of his word, and if he doesn't approve of something, you better not do it again or face the consequences. That senior got rejected, but now he's stalking Kazehaya San and paying the price." Yuji was clueless about this Kazehaya Ryota character, so he hurried to where the commotion was. He arrived to find two boys on the ground, injured, while another boy stormed off in a huff. Yuji shouted, "Hey! Kazehaya!" The young man turned around and glanced at Yuji. "What's your deal? Don't tell me you're here to confess, because five a day is more than enough," he remarked. Yuji found it amusing, although he didn't let it show on his face. Kazehaya, this guy, actually believed he was there to confess his feelings. "Why weren't you in class?" he demanded. "I'm your new homeroom teacher, and I want to know where my students are when they skip." Kazehaya replied, "I was just on my way back. He confessed to me, I turned him down, and then he tried to kiss me by pinning me against the wall." Yuji glanced at the boy on the ground, feeling repulsed internally but only showing a hint of it on his face. He was the type who thought same-sex relationships were strange. He addressed the boy on the ground, stating firmly, "Such behavior is unacceptable at school. Make your way to the first aid room to tend to your injuries." The less injured boy promptly rose, assisting his classmate to the room. Kazehaya approached the teacher who had summoned him, admiring the man's striking facial features. His captivating green eyes were a standout, harmonizing with his flawless skin and complementing brown hair. Walking back to class, Kazehaya inquired, "May I ask your name, sensei?" Yuji flashed a smile and said, "Yuji Rei. Call me Yuji San, sensei is not really necessary." Kazehaya nodded and replied, "Okay." Yuji then inquired, "Kazehaya Kun, how do you study? I mean, what do you think? Do you study well?" Kazehaya responded, "First, call me Ryota. Second, I study pretty well. I score nearly full marks, but I'm not saying I score that on every test."
Yuji pondered the situation. This dude was seriously good-looking. As they strolled back to class, the girls couldn't help but stare at Ryota, whispering and squealing with delight, or fawning over him like obsessed fans with drool on their faces. They made their way back to class and Ryota approached Akiru, asking, "Did you spread rumors about me again?" Akiru responded, "I only mentioned that you used to be a model to everyone." In return, Ryota smacked him hard on the head. "Don't pull that again. This is the last straw." Akiru then asked, "Kazehaya-san, when will you help me study?" Ryota replied, "What did I tell you?" Akiru sheepishly corrected himself, "Ryo-san, when will you help me study?" Ryota answered, "Tomorrow evening." Akiru inquired, "What time should I come?" Ryota stated, "Six o'clock." Another man approached them and asked, "Mind if I join too?" Akiru questioned, "And what's your name again?" Ryota responded, "Sure thing, Suga-kun." Akiru stared at Ryota in disbelief. "Ryo-san only arrived today. He hasn't even met Suga-kun before. How does he recognize him?" Ryota lounged in his chair, looking like a tough guy with his legs up on the table. Suga seemed like a humble civilian, almost pleading with him for something, while Akiru stood by Ryota's side, like his personal bodyguard. Leaning in, Akiru murmured to Ryota, "How do you know him?" Ryota casually replied, "I checked the class roster on the notice board. I pretty much know everyone's name" Akiru gazed at Ryota as if he were some kind of genius.
Three dudes were going crazy at Ryota's place at seven, hitting the books on history and physics like they were on a mission to save the world. Suddenly, the doorbell rang. Ryota grumbled as he walked to the door, muttering about punctuality. A guy entered, apologizing profusely for being late. Ryota simply replied, "No matter how much you apologize, your punishment is waiting. Now, hit the books. Why are you both staring here? Study." Then, he turned to Akiru and said, "And that's not the right formula."
The elite4 was born out of a tight-knit group of friends. Kite and Akiru may seem like Ryota's minions, but it's not because he treats them as such - they simply feel that way. Suga, on the other hand, acts as Ryota's trusted advisor, offering guidance on all matters. Ryota himself is like an emperor, commanding respect and loyalty from his inner circle.
