Phewww~. Man that took a while... Even though the energy these beasts hold is immense. I had to use them all to reach the Peak of Martial Spirit Realm! I have so much capacity for Spirit Qi... I wonder why?
All the better i guess...
After reaching the surface. I looked around and found the hologram arrow that the systems uses to guide me. Pretty good feature.
I cracked my knuckles and loosened my joints.
Coincidentally, a giant worm opened its huge maws to devour me from above. I already knew it was there.
Two arms of my Martial Spirit manifested instantly. I grabbed the worm by its thick body and began twisting. Playing with its flesh and chitin like dough. The final products was a ball of flesh and acidic green blood. Condensed to the size of a small house. It was dead, obviously. I pocketed the core and hovered above ground. Then. With the use of my Martial Spirit's feet. kicked the ground to give myself a boost.
Yuki's POV
I dragged the broken and burnt Hinata through the ground till I found myself standing against the matriarch of the fox clan. The mother of this worthless little fox.
I threw her on the ground in front of me. She tried to escape to her mothers. But I wouldn't let her. I stomped on the her burnt tail. Earning me a sweet melody from the mouth of this pathetic loser.
She tried to maim me... My Jason would've been sad if he saw me maimed... I would never want that!
"Is this the welcome the Great Fox Clan is known for? I just got into this realm. And this little fox tried to hurt me. Me! The Mistress of this clan!" I had to be a little dramatic. Earns me a few bonuses.
"Calm down, Young mistress Yuki. Hinata did this on her own accord. We had no knowledge that she would attack you. Please Forgive me." The matriarch actually bowed... Holy shit how the mighty have fallen! This is too hilarious! I guess they need me too much... Got to milk this as much as I can...
" Mother... I'm sorry... "Even though I've been twisting her tail all this time. Hinata managed to utter these pathetic words to her mother. It amused me how her mother didn't even acknowledge her in the room... Pitiful... Now I feel bad for her.... Not!
" What are you going to do about this... Disgraced young mistress then?" I asked as i twisted her tail a little bit more.
"Do as you wish with her. Young mistress. I just... If I can be a little selfish... Can you at least let her live?" The matriarchsaid that as a I saw a glmipse of pity flsh throughher icy blue eyes.
I guess she's still a mother...
"You know... I have a mate. My lord husband... I would like to gift her to him. Make her a good toy for his pleasure... So! I have Decided to make her my slave! How about this for merciful and magnanimous!" My eye glimmered as I remembered my dear Jason... I don't know if he would like this gift... I just need to make her a bottom bitch if you will.
" T-that would be... Merciful indeed..." I can see the hue in the eyes of her mother dimming slightly... Too bad you raised her to be an arrogant cunt!
" Alright then! Ill use a slave seal of my choosing! Get up! Toy! " I kicked her in the stomach to wake her up. The little bitch actually fainted when her mother gave her blessing to turn her into a toy.
Hinata stood before me. Bruised and battered. She had some burn Marks here and there. Nothing that cant be fixed. I placed a finger on her forehead. I already reached the third Realm of Soul cultivation. So a slave seal like this would be Unbreakable in this lower world.
I formed a link between us. I planted certain commands. Like how she can't hurt her self or her master. Or anyone the master considers friendly. How she would obey me faithfully. Or the consequences would be dire... Death won't even be an option for her...
After the seal was completed. Hinata looked at me with reverence and utter fear. A stark contrast to the way she looked at me the first time she saw me.
"M-Mistress..." Hinata lowered her head as she said. And then she started tearing up... Annoying!
I slapped her across the face. "Stop crying! Slave! You won't earn pity points from me!"
Hinata stopped crying shortly after. I can still see some defiance in her eyes... Bit by bit... Ill Break you, don't worry, little Hinata...
"Now then. Lets get you cleaned up shall we? I wont have my slave be this... Dirty... I'm the clan young mistress after all." I signaled for her to stand behind me. Then I turned to the matriarch.
"Excuse us. Matriarch. I need to familiarize myself with this Realm." I bowed slightly. I need to give her a little face at least...
MC'S POV
The desert sprawls out beneath me, an endless sea of golden sand that stretches far beyond the horizon. The winds whip through my white hair, and for a moment, I revel in the freedom. I am weightless, untethered to the earth below. Every muscle, every breath, is in perfect harmony with the air around me. As I soar through the vast expanse, my emerald eyes gleam with the quiet satisfaction of a goal achieved.
I have already surpassed the peak of the Martial Spirit Realm. The power within me is no longer bound by earthly limits, and I glide effortlessly through the air, my body carried by an invisible force. The desert no longer feels like a burden—it feels like a canvas, a world that I can conquer from above. Below me, the sand shifts in endless waves, but I, too, have become part of the sky, a fleeting speck in the vastness, yet completely in control.
With each passing moment, I rise higher, the wind biting at my skin, but my focus remains unwavering. The earth no longer calls to me, at least not in the way it once did. Flying is not just a gift; it is my right. A cultivator of my caliber should not be tethered to the ground. The air is my domain now, my realm to traverse at will.
I sweep low, feeling the gusts rush beneath me, sending small clouds of sand scattering in my wake. The terrain below blurs for a moment, but my senses sharpen as I adjust my flight. I can feel the pulse of energy in the desert, ancient and untamed. The earth hums beneath me, and I reach out with my spirit, drawing in its power. It resonates with me in ways I had never fully understood before, a deep, primal connection between the forces of nature and my own soul.
As I glide, the sun begins to dip, casting long shadows over the dunes. The sky shifts, turning from a fierce blue to the softer tones of twilight. My emerald eyes reflect the colors of the world below as I lose myself in the beauty of it all. It is quiet up here—silent, save for the rhythmic sound of the wind passing through my hair and the steady beat of my heart.
For now, though, I simply glide on, savoring the moment. The desert below is a reminder of how far I've come. And the sky above? It's my home now.
Man, I've been flying for over a week now. If the system didn't assure me that we're going the right way I would have given up already!
There were the occasional worm here and there, but nothing I couldn't handle. I don't know who to thank for teleporting me to a relatively safe place like this. I still can't figure out who or what that keeps teleporting me all over the place…
