They didn't have any record or whatsoever in remnant. Ozpin had to do some ground work and build it on that profile for all of them which will take some time.

And before he left. Sullivan spoke something directly to his mind.

'If you want to tell the inner circle of your people about me. You can do so but please warn them that my sister and my servant didn't like me being watched or having any weapon point at me. Otherwise someone would die and I will not bring them back'

Ozpin breathed in the cold air. He knew that it wasn't a threat but a promise.

He then asked him using the mind link that Sullvian had established. He's a wizard after all. He could use basic magic like this easily. He just lacked magical energy.

Now he got some magical energy from Sullivan he could reply back.

'You could bring people back?'

He got the confirmation. He then promised him.
