Chapter 99: Night Encounter with a Thief

After an entire morning of Cabinet meetings, several ministers showed signs of fatigue.

Queen Mary was about to announce a temporary recess to continue after lunch, when Brian interjected, "There is one last topic."

The Queen sighed inwardly, barely lifting her seat half an inch before settling back down.

Brian looked at Mono, "Count Mono believes that, given the current poor state of the textile, steel, and glass industries, someone should be appointed to manage these industries to turn things around."

Queen Mary was too tired to think and asked the Chief Minister directly, "Archbishop Brienne, what do you think should be done?"

This matter had been discussed before. Brian immediately said, "Your Majesty, I suggest setting up an Industrial Planning Bureau specifically responsible for these industries. This way, Count Mono wouldn't have to worry about these matters and could conserve energy for better news review."
