Section 541 - Intelligence

The Blue Star Global United Defense Committee's primary function is to lead many Aircrew Bases, coordinate the combat power of military contractors, eliminate Mutants distributed across the globe of Blue Star, as well as combat the "Water Bear" organization and its related peripheral vassal forces "Sacred Advent" involved in illicit biochemical research concerning Mutants.

In a sense, eradicating any existence that could threaten the entirety of Blue Star civilization is the responsibility of the Global United Defense Committee.

The sudden emergence of the third civilization raised alarms within the Blue Star civilization; those who come are not benevolent, and the benevolent do not come. It was like Columbus discovering the American Continent, bringing not civilization but conquest, slaughter, and genocide.

Though currently unaware of the other party's true intentions, one thing is certain: all threats must be nipped in the bud before they grow uncontrollable.
