Chapter 81: The Battle in the Valley

As the only passage leading to Aivendel, the Road of Glory was exceptionally narrow, allowing only five to six Orcs to pass through simultaneously.

There were no guardrails on either side of the road, and steep rock walls nearby were dotted with tunnels dug by the Dwarves, along with various carefully arranged traps.

With a slight misstep, Orcs would tumble into a deep abyss under the watchful gazes of numerous Dwarf statues. They say that underneath the Road of Glory, there already lies a "Bone River" piled with the bones of hundreds of thousands.

Orcs panted heavily, their eyes bloodshot and filled with chaotic, frenzied war cries.

"Hahaha! Aivendel is just ahead!"

"Once we have completely taken over, I will smash these Dwarven statues to smithereens!"

"Just as the great Father God Gush said—Weaklings, those who fear death should be pierced by the Short Spear!"

Clearly, they had been blinded by the lust for war, without the slightest fear of death.
