Ashen Dragon

"The Devils under Piere's command should be mandated to sign contracts with specific Imperial Citizens, granting the contractee the Power of Hell."


It was this clause in the "Alliance Treaty between the Empire and the Devil Forces of Piere" that a keen Devil caught a loophole.


This clause seems to require Piere to gratuitously bestow his infernal strength upon Imperial Citizens, but in reality, the room for maneuver is too vast.


It is unknown if it was a mortal oversight, but the "contract" written here contained no special demands or annotations, entirely allowing the devils to exploit it.
