"Oppose hegemony!"
"Oppose dictatorship!"
"Fight for the true independence of the Mexican people!"
"Overthrow Victor the tyrant!"
In Tegucigalpa, Honduras' capital, at Morazán Park, a short, fat man with a big beard stood in front of the statue of Honduran national hero and distinguished activist of the Central American independence movement Francisco Morazán, shouting into a microphone.
Below him, tens of thousands cheered.
However... most of them had tattooed faces and a ferocious look, clearly gang members.
Honduras was infamously known as the "Country of Murder," where in the span of three seconds of you flying an airplane, at least about forty or fifty people would go missing.
But...
It was still peculiar to see gang members protesting.
Outside the circle of cheering, police with masks were intently watching, and even the police dogs sat "obediently."
In facing such fierce individuals, even dogs wouldn't dare to bark.
