Horatio Herbert Kitchener nodded solemnly, "Yes!"
He was about to leave when he seemed to think of something and stopped in his tracks, "General, Saddam has surrendered."
Victor's hand paused, and then he scoffed with disdain, "I thought he was formidable, but he's just a coward. I thought he would dare to take up arms and fight the U.S. Military on the front lines."
Perhaps he would have dared twenty or thirty years ago, but now, Saddam had aged and lost that bravery.
"The ceasefire agreement will be signed in April, and negotiations are still underway, General. Should we stir up some trouble?" Chief of Staff General Horatio, squinting his eyes, said sinisterly, "When they sign the ceasefire agreement, let's blow them all to hell!"
Damn, there must be something wrong with the feng shui in Northern Mexico.
Such a gentlemanly person, now full of violence.
