**DC Extended Universe**
Clark Kent was bewildered. The first person in the video looked exactly like him—not just in appearance, but with the same powers: flying, heat vision, and invulnerability. There was no doubt it was him. But when had he ever fought someone in an iron suit?
"Wait a minute," Clark thought. "The person fighting me, could that be Batman?" Clark's super-brain and keen observation skills helped him notice the "ears" on the helmet of the person using the Gatling gun against him. That distinctive helmet design was unique to Batman.
Clark knew Batman as the Dark Knight of Gotham, someone who single-handedly sent all the city's maniacs to Arkham Asylum. He respected Batman. But why would Batman fight him? Clark was sure he hadn't done anything wrong. In fact, he would stop anyone who did evil, similar to Batman's actions.
So why would Batman target him? It made no sense. It was also unlikely that he would attack Batman, as he wouldn't oppose someone fighting crime.
"Superman?" Clark wondered. "Is that supposed to be me?" The video's title compared Superman, Cyclops, and Homelander. Clearly, "Superman" referred to him in the first video. But when had he ever been called Superman? More importantly, were there other beings like him on Earth?
Cyclops was another matter. Aside from his "laser eyes," he didn't show other abilities in the limited space of the train. The need for a special visor to control his heat vision might indicate an injury or another issue. But the key point was that Cyclops' eyes could emit heat vision, something no Earthling could do.
As for Homelander in the third video, there was no doubt. He could fly and emit heat vision, just like Clark. He had to be a fellow Kryptonian. However, Homelander seemed to be a villain, even harming children, which Clark found unacceptable. Being inherently good, Clark felt a responsibility to stop Homelander.
"Find them," Clark resolved. "Whether it's Cyclops or Homelander!" Having lived alone on Earth for so long without knowing his origins, he couldn't ignore the presence of other beings like him.
**Secret Base**
Bruce Wayne watched the video with a grave expression. In his years fighting crime in Gotham, he had encountered superhumans like Poison Ivy and Mr. Freeze, and even a crocodile-like villain. But he had never faced someone as powerful as the figure in the video, who remained unscathed by extreme firepower.
Bruce also noticed the superhero's uniform. Typically, such costumes were not bulletproof. Despite his own bulletproof cape, Bruce was still shocked. Even if the outfit was bulletproof, it couldn't withstand that level of firepower, let alone the heat vision from the eyes.
Assessing these factors, Bruce realized this "Superman" was extraordinarily powerful. If he were to face such an opponent, his current gear would be insufficient. "I need to upgrade my equipment," Bruce muttered, eyeing the battle on the screen. "I need to quickly develop my armor."
Wait a minute! Considering the armor, Bruce suddenly realized something. His yet-to-be-developed armor designs looked exactly like those in the video. How could that be?
Lost in thought, Bruce pondered the situation. After eliminating various theories, he was left with one logical explanation: the video might show future events. This explained why he had no memory of fighting someone called Superman.
Could it be? A future video? Bruce couldn't stay calm. If the video indeed predicted the future, it was astonishing. "Alfred, investigate Superman and these individuals," Bruce commanded. "Their abilities are identical; they must be closely related." The video clearly showed Homelander killing children, making it obvious he was a villain, one Batman would target. And since Bruce himself fought Superman, he had to prepare for any possible confrontation.
"Sigh, Master Wayne, you really don't intend to let me rest," Alfred sighed, resigned to his task.
