Open The Door

After a while, Ratsujin and his G-Pa reached the Vanguard Academy. They were standing right outside of the entrance of the Academy. The entrance was thirty feet wide and fifteen feet tall.

Behind the entrance lay a beautiful garden with beautiful greenery and fountains. The size of the garden was approximately one hundred thousand square feet. It is a big and lovely garden.

The pathway of the garden leads to a very modern and huge building. The building's approximate size is four hundred thousand square feet. 

Above the entrance of the building were two big letters placed on it. The letters were V&A, which stands for Vanguard Academy.

Seeing such a big building overwhelmed Ratsujin, he tightly clenched his G-Pa hand.

G-Pa noticed Ratsujin's nervousness and said, "There's nothing to be afraid of."

Ratsujin was still nervous about going in while all the other students were walking past Ratsujin and his G-Pa.

"I wish Dad was here," Ratsujin murmured.

G-Pa put his right hand in his pocket, "You know Asta did buy you something for today."

G-Pa pulled out a brand-new watch from his pocket. The watch is shiny black with crimson-colored dials.

G-Pa knelt next to Ratsujin to match their height. He first extended Ratsujin's right arm and put the watch on his arm.

After giving Ratsujin his new watch, "Your Dad bought this a week ago and told me to give it to you. He also said whenever you need him, just look at the watch. He'll be there for you." 

Ratsujin gazes at his shiny watch and observes it thoroughly. As Ratsujin adores his new watch, the watch crystal reflects his image for him.

A smile appeared on Ratsujin's face as he said to his G-Pa. "I'll go now my class will start at eight. I only have ten minutes left."

As Ratsujin said, he ran through the entrance while gazing at his watch.

Seeing Ratsujin run off to the Academy, "I wish our world be peaceful, just like Ratsujin's soul." He thought to himself.

Inside the Vanguard Academy, Ratsujin is surrounded by students older and stronger than him in the lobby.

"This place is really big. How am I supposed to find my class teacher?" Ratsujin was overwhelmed by the environment.

He froze in the middle of the lobby. He didn't have the guts to ask anyone to help him find his class.

Suddenly, the alarm rings, and everyone goes into their class except for Ratsujin. Seeing everyone walking into their class, Ratsujin started to follow some students without even knowing if they were from his class.

As Ratsujin was following some students, Ratsujin felt someone's presence behind him. He turned around and spotted an adult man standing behind him.

The adult man was wearing a two-piece suit. He had black short hair. Ratsujin also noticed a teacher's tag on the right side of that man's coat.

Ratsujin reads the tag in his mind, "Alistair Blackwood."

"Who are you, Kid?" Alistair Blackwood asked.

Ratsujin gulped and said, "My name is Ratsujin. Today is my first day."

"So, you are the new Kid. I was looking for you. Come and follow me." Alistair said in a rushed tone.

Alistair led Ratsujin outside of the class and said, "This is your class."

Ratsujin was still nervous to go in the class. Alistair noticed Ratsujin's anxiety, he said. "There's nothing to be nervous off, Kid. Go in there with full confidence."

Ratsujin listened to Alistair and tried to open the class door, but it was locked from the inside.

"It's locked," Ratsujin spoke out.

"Maybe you are not doing it right. Move, let me try," As Alistair said, he tried to open the door, but he couldn't open the door.

"Locking, class doors are not allowed. How could Samuel do that!" Alistair thought to himself.

Inside the class, a teacher standing behind a wooden podium. Behind the teacher was a fifty-inch smart TV. The teacher was wearing the identical clothing as Alistair, and his name tag had the name Samuel Jackson written on it.

The class was filled with students, and all of them were older than Ratsujin.

Samuel turned on the TV and said, "Today, we are going to learn how demos take control of our human body and eat our soul."

Before Samuel could say anything else, he heard loud bangs on the class door.

Samuel ignored the first three knocks, but before he could start his class. He heard three more knocks.

"Wait a minute," He said to his class and approached the door.

As Samuel unlocked the door and opened it, he saw Ratsujin and Alistair standing there.

"I think you might be missing a student," Alistair said.

Samuel gazes at Ratsujin and says with an evil smirk, "You don't deserve to be in my class if you are late."

As Samuel said, he tried to shut the door on Ratsujin's face, but before he could close the door. Alistair placed his hand between them and forced open the door.

Alistair then grabbed Ratsujin's hand and dragged him into the class.

Alistair placed Ratsujin in front of all the students and said, "Class! This is your new friend, Ratsujin. Today is his first day at Vanguard Academy."

"Ratsujin, go and take a seat," Alistair said to Ratsujin.

Ratsujin listened to Alistair. He walked towards the back of the class and sat on an empty desk.

As Alistair saw Ratsujin settle into his class, he began to walk out of the class. 

Before he could leave the class, Samuel whispered to him. "You will pay for this humiliation."

Alistair responded with a smile, "We'll see about that."

Alistair then pointed towards the door lock and said, "These stays unlocked. That is the rule of Vanguard Academy. If anyone found out, you tried to lock a new student out of the class. You will be fired from this job." 

As Alistair threatened Samuel, he walked out of the class.

Samuel clenched his fist and gritted his teeth in anger as he walked behind the podium.

Samuel gazed at Ratsujin, sitting at the back of the class, and said, "You! New kid, stand up."
