CHAPTER 40...VICTORY 2
Mrs Bella smiled widely as she saw Lexa run and jump into her arms with both tears and laughter all over her cute face. She could relate vividly to the overwhelming feeling Lexa is having few years back when she also got victory. I mean, who wouldylaugh and cry at the same time after been served justice? She thought, as she smiled back at the gleaming smiles of the fair young lady in her arms while stroking her hair gently.
"Congratulations my darling, I'm really happy for you. Finally this is freedom my girl. You are now free to do as you please, live your life as you wish and get married to whoever you find love with. I'm elated seeing endless joy all over you, this is exactly what peace feels like. The same feeling I got when I was served justice years ago, Congratulations Lexa." Mrs Bella said as she continued hugging Lexa.

"Congratulations our girl!, I'm do proud of you. You really deserve the best." Lady Rietta said giving Lexa a hug. Taking Lexa by the hand and leading her to a quite place, the women who came with lady Rietta handed Lexa a bag filled with gift items they have all brought for her as lady Rietta handed her an invitation card, instructing her to open it. Lexa screamed absentmindedly after reading the content of the letter, as Lady Rietta giggled, patting her to calm her down.
"Lexa dear, we all are prestigious Women from the National Women Association Affairs (N.W.A.A). We heard about your case and researched on it before reaching out to you yesterday, and we still came here to witness your victory bing served today. Every woman is important and should not be humiliated nor abused, her rights should never be trampled upon and her freedom shouldn't be taken away from her. Seeing women being abused and imprisoned in her own home is a crime both to God and to humanity. Most women suffer and die in silence due to lack of support from their friends and family and also inability to fend for theirselves and children as they are mostly financially unstable with no source of income.
We at N.W.A.A, our job is to look out for women like this, rescue them from the bondage of toxic marriage, empower then and help them live great lives and provide for them and their children as well. Women are meant to be pampered and treated like eggs, not abused or treated like trash. This is why seeing you attain this level of greatness today gladens my heart so much Lexa. We can't be less happier than we already are, that is why we have all decided to give you a job at N.W.A.A, and support you a hundred percent in whatever activity you might want to venture into moving forward. The gift bag given to you is to show how much we love you, and how much we care about you and we also can't wait for you to attain more level of greatness and unlock new stages of fulfilment and accomplishment on the long run." Lady Rietta concluded as Lexa broke down before them. She went on her knees in tears confused and wondering as to how strangers could be so genuine, kind and loving as she thanked them, showing her appreciation and gratitude.
She never imagined she was ever going to experience this amount of happier in her life again. Her life is slowly going back to normal and she couldn't help but shed tears of joy and gratitude. All her years of pains and sufferings were finally paying off.
