Meanwhile, at the hospital, Valerie and Grace were seen in Maya's ward. Maya was lying on her bed with a bandage wrapped around her head, staring at Valerie with curiosity as Valerie spoke.

"The doctor said that you can't remember anything. Have you indeed lost your memory, or are you lying about it?" Valerie asked, her brow raised.

Maya stayed silent, seemingly not understanding what the lady in front of her has been saying.

"Why are you staring like that? Speak up, you snake!" Grace yelled while glaring at her.

"What do you want from me? You've asked me these questions countless times already. Did I perhaps hurt you in anyway?" Maya's voice was calm and curious.

Valerie snorted a laugh, "Seems you truly don't remember anything."

Maya gently shook her head, "I don't... Do you know me? I mean, my family, what I do, what my name is... Miss, are we friends?"
