Black ring.

'This person determined my origin with one glance. He clearly came with malice, he is a demi god or could possibly bear a true god title. I can never hope to defeat him let alone kill him. Even my prime self can only run when facing against him.'

Jessi brushed past her finger on the black ring and sighed.

Behind her is the locust sect, she can not run. If she run away now thousands of her disciple and elder will be slaughtered.

"A wise woman submits to the circumstances, hand over the ring on your finger and be my concubine. I shall spare your life and your sect." The man in green spoke smilingly, his tone was amiable as ever as if his words weren't a threat but request.

The man in green saw no response coming from jessi so he took a step forward. Jessi's mind was full on alert as she stayed on her defensive stance.

Jessi saw the man standing far away from her then suddenly stepping forward. She was closely observing his every move. Before she could even blink he vanished and stood right infront of her. He didn't give her anytime to react as he stretched out one finger and lightly tapped on her shoulder.

"I should show you the difference in our strength, only then you will realise resistance is futile."

'Oh no, to think the difference is this big. I cannot even move. There is such a big difference in strength between a dao sovereign and a demi god?' This was the last thing jessi could think properly.

The ground beneath her shattered, spider like crack continued to spread around hundreds of meter. Deep red blood oozed out from her mouth. Her knees shattered as she knelt on the ground. The spear was full of cracks on the verge on collapsing.

"A decent weapon." The man in green looked at the spear and nodded approvingly.

Jessi's eyes were bloodshot, her blue irises dimmed down, her shining blue hair was now full of dust and dirt.

The man in green stretched out his hand to take the black ring from her finger but he suddenly frowned.

He looked ahead and saw thousands of disciple and elder from Locust sect flying toward him.

"Locust sect doesn't have cowards! We will die defending our sect master." Their battle scream echoed through miles.

"Insects trying to shake a mountain? How laughable."

He stretched out his arm and slashed upward.

A thread like green light which was almost indiscernible flew out.

Wherever it went, rain of flesh and blood descended. Battle scream turned into scream of horror.

The other four sect masters looked at the scene with terror.

Unknowingly a droplet of jessi's blood fell on the black ring.

The ring gave of a pulse like heartbeat which resonated with heaven and earth.

The man in green looked at the ring and tried to grab again but suddenly he felt something was off and vanished from where he stood.

His body appeared several hundred meter high up in the sky as he looked down with interest.

Jessi tactfully took out the ring and put it on her palm. It started to enlarge and take a different shape.

Jessi tried to keep it on her palm but it was so heavy that she had no choice but to drop it down.

Soon the ring took the shape of a coffin. A black coffin. A pure black coffin made out of unknown material. Jessi was surprised to see a coffin. She thought it would be an offensive treasure of a certain supreme emperor but turned out otherwise.

The black coffin radiated with a dark aura as if it could devour all life forms not even light can escape from it.

The man in green came closer to the coffin with extreme curiosity. He touched and knocked it also he tried lifting up the coffin but couldn't.

Jessi was surprised that even the man infront couldn't lift up the coffin. Just how heavy was it?

Slowly the lid of the coffin started to open with a rolling sound. The sound felt so heavy as if the world itself was rolling on a stone platform.

The man in green moved few steps back. Jessi couldn't move at all because her knees and bones were crushed. Her upper body had many broken bones. Her skull was almost fractured. Her internal organs almost turned into paste.
