"Young noble Li, you are leaving so soon? Why not stay for few more days and let us serve you properly." Wu Han said hurriedly as soon as he heard Li Shenrong was leaving.
"I have some things to take care of." Li Shenrong shook his head.
"Alright, i understand. A great man must have great aspirations." Wu Han nodded slightly.
Behind Wu Han, his daughter Wu Xia stood still as she focused her gaze on Li Shenrong.
Feeling her strong gazs Li Shenrong looked at her and smiled. "Previously i noticed the baleful aura hidden in your body. As long as you don't loose yourself in it, your future will be promising."
"Young noble, i will definitely cultivate hard and become stronger." Wu Xia promised solemnly.
"Young Noble Li, please wait a moment." Wu clan leader suddenly said and rushed somewhere else. After a few moment he came back and carefully took out a strangely shaped key.
The key was a palm length long with deep brown color. At a glance others might notice the key because of its abnormal shape but if someone looked carefully they could feel an indescribable aura emitting from it.
"Young noble Li, i found this key from the executioner's storage ring. I don't know how to use it and felt something strange while observing it. Thought i should give it to you." Wu Han said as he gave the key to Li Shenrong.
Li Shenrong looked at the key in his hand and frowned then his face turned indifferent again.
"I will accept this key, it's useful to me." Li Shenrong said.
"Its my pleasure."
After departing from the Holy city, Li Shenrong was moving toward the west.
I will go back to locust sect after a month but there's a few things i need to do before that.
His mind was occupied with many things as he strolled but suddenly a beast roar interrupted the train of thoughts.
Li Shenrong looked at the two meter tall black ape that blocked his path as it bared its sharp teeth and was looking at him with hostility.
Few more black ape jumped out and surrounded Li Shenrong.
In a few breath he was completely surrounded by black apes.
One ape jumped at him and opened its mouth to bite.
Li shenrong snorted softly as he slapped with his left arm. Strong Qi torrent gushed out sending the ape flying as it's pitiful scream rang in the air.
More than hundreds of apes felt enraged by this and roared angrily. They jumped one after another at Li Shenrong, wanting to tear him into pieces.
Li Shenrong chuckled as he slapped again. A huge palm made of Qi energy materialised in the air and turned more than twenty apes into bloody mist.
The apes themselves weren't strong but their sheer number was really amazing. Even a veteran spirit accumulation realm cultivator would run at this sight.
Li Shenrong didn't dawdle against so mang apes. He bravely strode forward and punched out. One black ape met his punch with its own punch. All of the bones inside its body shattered instantly. It couldn't even scream before dying pathetically.
Against them, Li Shenrong used only simple punches and kicks. Each of his punches and kicks contained explosive powers.
He was cultivating the Ultimate immortal physique, unique across the eons. Even without activating the Ultimate immortal physique his body strength had reached an unimaginable level.
Li Shenrong didn't bother to dodge as many of the apes attacks landed on him. They couldn't even scratch his clothes.
In a few breaths, mangled and broken corpses of apes were lying on the ground.
Only twenty or thirty apes were left as they stood far away in fear, not daring to approach.
"Still not coming out? Or do you want me to do it?" Li Shenrong suddenly spoke. His voice lingered in the air but no one answered.
"Young master, we didn't mean to offend you. This is just a misunderstanding, hope you can forgive us." Few moments later, a middle aged man in gray hood walked out and said in a apologetic tone. Twenty men followed behind him as well.
"Bandits?" Li Shenrong raised his eyebrows and asked.
"We make a living by snatching food and clothes from caravans, we never harmed anyone." The leader in gray hood replied.
"You think anyone will believe what you are saying?" Li Shenrong chuckled. "Since you dared to ambush me, none of you will be living here alive." He added with a smile.
Seeing Li Shenrong's attitude, the bandit leader frowned.
"Brat, do you know who you are talking to?" A ferocious looking bandit spoke in a menacing voice.
"Leader, let's chopp his head off and skin him alive. My hands are itching for blood." Another bandit said.
The leader in gray hood waved his hand and the bandits instantly shut up.
"Young master, must you be like this? It was a misunderstanding. I am willing to apologise if you want." The leader in gray hood said.
"I am too lazy to argue with you, make your move. And you with a scar face, wash your neck properly. I'll hang your heads above the tree crown in a bit." Li Shenrong spoke dismissively as he pointed at the bandit who wanted to skin him alive.
"In that case, we have no choice but to offend you." The bandit leader said as he ordered everyone to attack.
They moved into different positions and blew horns. The ground started to shake and twenty giant black ape jumped out. Each one of the apes emitting beast king aura. With twenty beast king apes even a heavenly king would feel threatened.
"Brat, its too let for regret. Surrender now and we'll give you a quick death." A bandit said mockingly.
"If only your ability was as good as your mouth." Li Shenrong shook his head sighing as if feeling pity.
"Courting death!" The bandit felt provoked as he controlled the beast king ape to charge at Li Shenrong.
Other bandits stood aside as if watching a show.
The bandit leader stood atop a tree branch. His eyes were glued to Li Shenrong.
I thought he would be a rogue cultivator but it seems his background isn't simple. Probably a young genius from a big clan or family.
I didn't want to kill him but since he courted death then don't blame me! The bandit leader's thoughts raced. He completely ignored the fact that few young cultivators were watching the battle secretly.
