The best way to reduce production costs was to shoot as much as possible in one day. For example, if there was a shoot on the 29th, it was best to do as much filming as possible that day. So, the first shoot for Rising One started at 7 AM.

When it was said to start at 7 AM, the cast had to be there before 7. The broadcast station's coordinators styled Yu Jung-ak. They were going to do full makeup, but Yu Jung-ak only had light makeup done, saying it felt stuffy. In fact, Yu Jung-ak had good skin, so he didn't really need makeup. The important thing was his hairstyle. Since he hadn't cut his hair recently, Yu Jung-ak's hair was quite long. Yu Jung-ak was given a pomade perm style for a soft image. With the pomade perm style and wearing a shirt and dress pants, Yu Jung-ak looked more like a student than a fighter.
