Woo Gong-hak stood up, went to the water purifier, and had a glass of water. Then he sat back down and continued his explanation.
"So, how much do you think CFC's total global revenue is in a year? It's over 1.5 billion dollars. Almost on par with boxing. And a large part of the overseas revenue comes from Chinese broadcasting rights fees. Japan is much lower than China, of course. Europe is calculated by PPV, so that's an exception."
"I heard that CFC broadcasting rights fees in Korea are at most 3 billion won per event."
"To be precise, it's 2 billion won. The Korean MMA market hasn't grown at all. While China was growing, Korea remained stagnant. No, it actually decreased. So the broadcasting rights fees can't be that high. Look at the MMA viewership ratings. It's only about half of what it was during World One's time when Hong-man Choi was active. Take a look at this table."
Woo Gong-hak handed out another paper.
