"I am organizing a celebration in the city when I return. May I count on your attendance?" Daario looked at Olivia and asked.
Olivia stood up watching the waves outside the ship. "What are you celebrating?" She asked tilting her head.
"Independence." He answered lightly.
"I have an appointment with my children in the red lands when I return. They seem to have something to tell me." Olivia answered truthfully.
"Your dragons?" This surprised him.
"Yeah." She didn't see the need to hide this.
Daario is a bit shaken by the notion that her children/dragons can somehow communicate with her. He had seen Deanerys talk to hers when they were still together but he never heard them speak to her.
"Then you should bring them as well. It is very important that you be present." He felt like he is pushing his luck but there is really no other way.
In the past year the red lands, true north and Astapor have been growing more and more prosperous. They each have charm and wealth incomparable to the rest of the world.
Not to mention the recent technology development that can be seen even while walking on the streets of these three kingdom's. The faces of those who live in the three kingdoms is radiant and full of hope for the future. The rest of the world is barely surviving.
Even though Maureen is also prosperous it is still several leagues behind, not to mention other places that have no relations with the flaming snow kingdom.
Olivia has turned into a behemoth that even the iron bank doesn't dare provoke. She has terrifying power even though she doesn't use it to take over the world, instead she established her own kingdom where people live extremely good lives. It is still a terrible power to be in the hands of one person.
Daario is honored to have met such a person. But he can not help be greedy for more. He doesn't want to be just a passing acquaintance with Olivia Snow. He wants her to look at him differently. He wants her to be consumed by thoughts of only him. He will have to go big to turn the head of the blind dragon.
"May I ask what's next for you?" Daario looked at her and suddenly asked.
"I am going to focus on my magic studies. I want to learn magic from all available schools of magic. This time there is no race against time." She said with visible excitement.
"What do you mean?" Daario asked looking interested. Inside he is wondering just how to draw her attention to his growing feelings for her.
"Before, I had to desperately search for magic that can counter the night king but I didn't have too much time. Now I can take my time and learn as much as I want." Olivia spoke with a glint in her eyes.
Daario smiled. "What are you going to do?" Olivia asked him in return.
"I am thinking about going back to doing what I love and maybe I will be lucky enough to meet someone who is willing to marry me." He looked at her closely wanting to see if these words affected her in anyway.
"A good plan. I wish you all the best." Olivia truly wishes for the other parties happiness.
Daario felt helpless. Why does he do this to himself? Always falling for these people? These powerful heartless people.
"I think you are the only friend I can absolutely trust in the later part of my life." Daario confessed.
"I am trustworthy." Olivia laughed "But why do you sound sad?" Olivia asked.
"Because lady Olivia, no man can truly only harbor pure feelings of friendship for a woman as incredible as yourself. You can only be worshipped and admired from the bottom of one's heart." The wine glass in his hand had already been refilled many times.
"Are you confessing something to me?" Olivia asked in a serious tone. She is not blind to his little thoughts but she hadn't thought he would suddenly be brave after getting drunk.
"No. I wouldn't confess so sloppily. I will go rest now. I am glad you decided to return with me." He walked towards his bedroom.
When he entered his room, the drunken look on his face disappeared, his entire face turned red in embarrassment. He can not believe he just blurted out those words.
"Aah!" He screamed into the pillow in frustration. When he closed his eyes, he can still see her red lips around the cigarette and then exhaling rings of smoke after.
Who can stand this?
When the ship arrived in the city dock Olivia had already disappeared to meet her children.
After she entered her castle and found the two dragons curled in her bed and not waking up, she didn't disturb them but fell asleep next to them.
The next morning Olivia woke up to find both no longer sleeping next to her. She washed, changed and went for breakfast. In the table there is her old linguistic teacher here today.
"Ballemy? What are you doing here?"
"Aeryn..." He is about to answer her when.
"Mom.." A teenager ran and hugged Olivia who pulled the girl away from her looking at her face.
White long hair, silver eye pupils. "What happened to your eyes?" Olivia thought the little girl is blind.
"I have always had these eyes." Aeryn turned to the door just as another teenager ran to her with long black hair.
"It's us.. Morpheus and Aeryn." They twirled showing her their human form.
"We can finally transform. How do we look?" Morpheus said looking at her with the human molten gold colored eyes.
Olivia is so shocked she pointed at them and shouted "What?!"
"We have humanoid forms now. What do you think?"
"Humanoid? Have you two ever seen someone as beautiful as the two of you?" Ballemy rolled his eyes.
"We had hidden this from mom but now that our present is finished it is time to tell you the good news." She took Olivia to see the present they have been preparing for her.
Olivia still seemed shocked. They sat her down and explained slowly. Morpheus then gestured towards the doors of a previously vacant room.
Inside is a very large library. "The collection on the topic of magic from the scrolls, parchment and books collected from the known world." Ballemy said proudly.
"A library?" Olivia looked around the place finding it difficult to fathom how this much material was collected.
"The magic section from the gray rats, the red temple people really love you so we managed to gather a lot from them. But the most contributors are the two." He pointed at the two dragoness daughters with a smile.
"Morpheus and I have both received inheritance from our bloodline. We have basic, medium and high level magic knowledge for all elements including space magic, dark magic, light magic and magic item forging." Aeryn said proudly.
"These are just element related books as long as one is affiliated with that element they can use it. They don't need dragon bloodline. Isn't this great?" Morpheus said happily.
"We have prepared this for you in case you have children in the future and they don't awaken the Targaryen bloodline." Aeryn informed her.
Olivia felt touched. Her eyes reddened as she tried to hold back her tears.
"Mom." The two hugged her again. The moment is warm and touching.
"But mom, you need to take all of this into your soul space. This information may influence the world." Aeryn advised. Olivia indeed took everything into her space.
From this day on, Olivia lived and breathed reading, practicing and even forging magic trinkets and weapons using the knowledge inside her books.
On the day of the celebration in Maureen, Daario waited for her all the way until the celebration ended. He was sad but nothing could be done.
Time passed by slowly, many things quietly took place while Olivia is immersed in her studies and spending time with the two children.
Aegon Targaryen and Drogo each claimed one of Deanerys dragons. He had been sidelined by the nobles and the dragon queen that he got annoyed and decided to bed everything on a chance that he will claim the dragon and she will have to pay attention to him.
Deanerys was indeed surprised by this news and she made good on her word to let him stay in Dragonstone castle but she never said anything else about marriage between them. This frustrated Aegon to no end. He started getting along with Drogo going on rides together.
Surprising news came from Westeros. Deanerys and Bran Stark are officially getting married as soon as winter is over. This arrangement brought an end to the tension between the north and the dragon queen.
Olivia did had disappeared from the world as if she was eaten by a fierce beast. The only time she showed her face was when Daario and his newly established second sons attacked and claimed Yunkai as part of Maureen.
This even shook the three cities to the core. These are originally created with the principles of old Ghis but now the three cities will no longer follow such principles.
The entire known world is calling this period the death of old Ghis.
The new Ghis did not take this news lying down. They mobilized a great army. No one knows where this massive army with several tens of thousands of soldiers came from but it is estimated the new Ghis had been laying low planning, training and now they have come to claim back their lost respect.
Daario and his second sons sent for Olivia. This is why Olivia had finally come out because the city of Maureen and this new Ghis army had been fighting for so long both sides seemed exhausted.
"My lady, has it been three years already?" Daario kissed Olivia's hand.
"When you said you will do what you love I didn't think you meant to wage war and take over Yunkai." Olivia jabbed.
"I am tired of playing politics. On the contrary I am very happy now. It's just that our way of life is affected a little bit." Daario confessed.
"I received a message from this new Ghis people." Olivia told him.
"What do they want?" Daario's face twisted in unease.
"They want me to not help you. Said I will become their number one enemy if I did." Olivia told him truthfully.
He didn't say anything but poured himself a full glass of wine. Olivia studied him. The room fell silent.
"Are you scared of them?" Olivia asked him after lighting up a cigarette. Daario laughed.
"Of course not." He stood up and knelt in front of her, his eyes looking into hers with deep affection and a bit of sadness. The kind that is suffocating.
"Can you guess what I started this all out war with them?" He took her free hand, placing it on his cheek. He closed his eyes in extreme enjoyment.
"You were bored running Maureen?" Olivia answered him feeling little uncomfortable with her hand resting on his cheeks like this.
"I don't have to do much after you help me recruit capable people. The reason I waged this war is not because they were subtly undermining our business. Nor is it because I am on the mission to obliterate slavery. The reason I started waging war is because I am dying." He admitted.
Olivia pulled her hand back looking at him incredulously. "Dying from what?"
"From being unable to see you." He admitted laying his head on her lap like a child who is seeking warmth. Olivia's body tensed. She exhaled the smoke in her lungs and slowly rubbed his back soothingly.
....
In kings landing.
"With this kiss I take you as my wife."
"With this kiss, I take you as my husband."
The long awaited wedding between the the dragon queen and Bran Stark of Winterfell has finally come after the long winter. Bran, previously the cutest male offspring is now standing several meters taller than most.
He had started training the moment he fore saw his marriage to a woman who was once married to a horse lord. He didn't want to be self conscious. Now he is not only good looking, but also very sturdy. He would be perfect if not for his expressionless expression that doesn't show an ounce of emotion.
Deanerys would complain if she was not a person who would be unable to give him hairs. The two of them are perfect, both forced into this and equally broken.
Just as the ceremony came to an end, dragon roar sounded from above the city, then another one sounded one after the other. The sound made the bride narrow her eyes. 'That willful son.' She thought fondly. But when the other dragons started roaring, she knw it is not her own dragons but Olivia's.
'Just what are you up to?' She thought irritated. Bran, as if he can see her turmoil took her hand into hers. His large hand enveloped her own protectively. She looked at their intertwined hands as if they belong together, she couldn't help feeling sweet in her heart.
The people went to look at the situation and saw several dragons headed over to the dragon pit. However, when everyone got there, they found only three dragons with one of them carrying two people, and another one carrying a single man.
Aegon had already claimed one of Deanerys dragons. He is currently coming from accompanying Drogo who went to find his mother for the wedding. When they found her, she was playing with the orphanage children in the playground covered in mud.
She had completely forgotten about her own little aunt's wedding. Over the years he and Drogo got along since he took residence in dragon stone, when his lady gave birth he held a wedding for them looking to grant his son a title. This move of his angered many houses who had eyed him for a marriage alliance.
The witch who bore him a son did not live long after marrying him due to complications after giving birth. He had known she wouldn't live long which is why he married her. It was for his son. He thought himself clever. Then immediately after her death, he claimed a Dragon.
The North had released the largest dragon belonging to Deanerys when they reached an alliance and now the dragon queen has her full strength again.
There were at least five dragons just now. But in the blink of an eye only Deanerys three dragons remained. The largest is laying down peacefully as if the commotion just now didn't happen.
Drogo now 11 years jumped down nimble from his dragon and extended his arm. Instead of allowing him to help her, the other person also dumped down and stood next to him patting his shoulder.
"I am not so old that I need to be carried like a cripple."
"You are wearing a dress. How can you jump like that?!" He chastised.
"This is not my first ride fledgling." She chuckled.
"Mom!" He sounded frustrated.
"Fine. Next time I will let my son carry me down like a damsel." She said with a smile in her voice.
"Good. Let's go the wedding has already started."
"Yes. Let's..." Olivia saw a large group of people watching them as they came down from a dragon and walked towards the castle.
"Drogo?"
"Mom.. did we miss the reception?" Drogo asked his birth mother worriedly.
"It's alright. You're here now." Deanerys looked t him left and right as if looking at a treasure.
"It's his fault we are late. He can't control his dragon." Olivia said. Deanerys finally looked at Olivia, the eyes are full of complexity.
"Thank you for coming."
"Yes of course. I wouldn't miss it for the world." Olivia said gracefully but a snort sounded from Drogo.
"Heh.. if I didn't lock your study and force you to come would you have come?" He looked at his mother in challenge.
"I lost track of time. Who new it was already time?" Olivia rolled her eyes. "At least I sent a gift." She grumbled.
"Right! Mom, consort Bran, here are your two wedding gifts. Personally brewed by the flame kingdom queen." Drogo excitedly gave the two a small box each.
Others watched wanting to see what gift did Olivia prepare that is so small.
"What is it?" Deanerys is a little excited but also underwhelmed by the size of the gifts.
Bran hadn't moved but had just glanced at Olivia and nodded with a straight face. Deanerys is already used to her future husband's mannerism.
Back at the hall, music, dancers and food made the atmosphere lively. However at the main table the powerful people couldn't help themselves and started talking business.
Deanerys looked at Sansa and sighed. "The north is blessed to have you as it's princess. I hear you have been involved in trade with the rest of the kingdom on something called ice cream?" Deanerys spoke to Sansa in a fluttering tone but it is obvious Sansa is less than pleased with this roller of six kingdom's.
"I didn't invent it your grace. It is just one of many recipes left behind by my half sister Olivia Snow." Sansa said but others already know Olivia is in fact, her cousin but Olivia doesn't want to acknowledge that fact.
"Ow? She just gave it away?" Olenna asked incredulous.
"Not to mention this one recipes. Many others as well. She even built several factories giving them to father for management when she was just 10. I just happened to be given this business for now." Sansa bragged. She loves showing off her wealth, prestige and status to these southerner 'players' who used to look down on her when she was still a prisoner of the Lannisters.
"I had always thought they were exaggerating when they said such things in the past." Olenna turned to face lady Caitlyn Tully with a smile. Although she looks 20 years younger now, Olenna couldn't help but gloat.
"Do you ever regret it? How you treated her when she was young?" Caitlyn almost choked on the wine she was elegantly sipping. This picture should have been an embarrassing sight but Caitlyn looks too beautiful at the moment. Seated next to Sansa they look like siblings.
"Mom!" "Mother." Two beautiful girls looking 15 years old walked in the hall followed by a few guards.
They hugged Olivia whose face is now full of smiles. "What are you guys doing here?"
"We have come to bit brother farewell when he takes over the true north." Morpheus said still hugging her mother tightly.
The table became silent. Olivia nodded patting their lustrous hair. "Alright. I will also join you all when he leaves." They ran off after talking for a while.
"Who are these beautiful young ladies?" Rob Stark looked at Olivia with a questioning gaze.
"My daughters."
"You adopted? Why not marry and have children?" Caitlyn asked her with visible agitation.
"I already have children and it's about time they inherited my kingdom while I eat and drink." She tilted her head and continued "Maybe I'll gain some weight."
"Who are they? Don't you want someone with your own blood to take over all your hard work?" Even someone who usually doesn't speak, Arya asked suddenly.
"Who said they don't have my blood? Anyways there is no changing it now. One will take over the true north, one will rule the three cities and one will rule the red lands." She turned to the people on the table and smiled happily.
"So it true that those cities are now all under your rule?" Deanerys asked with a bit of complexity it her tone.
"Maureen and Yunkai were given to me as gifts." She admitted.
Olivia hadn't helped Daario in his quest and he didn't ask for her help either. But he had crushed the enemy under his foot and then he brought his army to kneel and asked to be brought under her protection with the two cities.
Everyone said he was proposing to her. Olivia is more inclined to think he us lazy to manage these two cities.
"The coronation for the true north's new king will be on the third of the following month. You are all welcome to celebrate with us." She didn't explain more.
Everyone is guessing who those two girls are and where did they come from. However, whenever someone asked Olivia she will just say 'they are my children' which irritated them to no end.
"What do you think this are for?" The newly Wed looked at the two distinct pills given by Olivia as a wedding present.
"This one is supposed to help me regain my emotions. That one will allow you to conceive more children." Bran said without any excitement in his eyes. Without any further investigation she ate the pill. Bran also did the same.
In the next two months an event even bigger than the last took place. The Flaming Snow kingdom's first prince ascended the throne as king of the true North.
This news shocked the whole of Westeros especially after they all found out he is queen Deanerys and Drogo's son. They all thought Olivia is either stupid or infertile.
Rob is even more resentful. The Starks children understood that Olivia would have probably given some of the cities she rules to any of them if their mother didn't hate and treat her so harshly.
Rob having given birth to twins after the first born girl understands this more than anyone. The more children he will have in the future, he will not be able to give then land to rule but Olivia has so much and no children of her own.
Caitlyn's insides are already green with envy and regret. She regret it so much. Especially after finding out Olivia's true identity. It turned out the bastard she had always scorned is even more noble than herself. However, there is no remedy for regret.
