[Sicily, Italy]
Sicily, Italy's largest island, is renowned for its breathtaking beaches, charming villages, and abundance of ancient ruins and archaeological sites. Its rich history is reflected in iconic landmarks like the Valley of the Temples, which houses the well-preserved ruins of seven monumental Doric-style Greek temples, and the Byzantine mosaics at the Cappella Palatina, a former royal chapel in the capital city of Palermo. On Sicily's eastern edge lies Mount Etna, one of Europe's highest active volcanoes, a towering symbol of the island's volatile beauty.
However, Sicily is also notoriously famous for its crime syndicates, particularly the Sicilica Familiga. Under the ruthless leadership of Leonardo Barone, the Sicilica Familiga grew incredibly powerful, rapidly expanding its influence—until that fateful day when Nox and Leonardo faced off.
After Leonardo's death, many believed that the Sicilica Familiga had met its end, as the once-feared organization seemingly vanished from the criminal underworld. But as time passed, it became clear that the Familiga's legacy was far from over.
[Somewhere in Sicily]
In a dimly lit room, the creaking door swung open, allowing a sliver of light to pierce the darkness. The light fell upon a shadowy figure, revealing the gleam of metal that shone bright as a diamond. The figure stood up, casting a long, ominous shadow, and spoke in a deep, gravelly tone.
"What brings you here, Antonio?"
"Capo, I think it's time to retake Sicily," Antonio replied, his voice brimming with determination.
Antonio continued, his anger barely contained, "The tournament has been postponed, and right now is the perfect time to make our return. I haven't forgotten that day when that bastard killed our previous capo. We have to take revenge on him." As he spoke, Antonio's grip tightened on the pen in his hand, snapping it in two.
The Capo's eyes darkened as he replied, "How could I forget that day?" His metal hand clenched into a fist, the memory of the past flooding back.
[Flashback: The Battle Between Leonardo Barone and Nox]
During the fateful battle between Leonardo Barone and Nox, another figure loomed in the background—Leonardo's brother, Alarico Barone. Standing at an imposing seven feet tall, Alarico was as formidable as a brown bear, his muscular frame and massive legs a testament to his mastery of Muay Thai. His shins were so powerful that a single swing of his leg could shatter a concrete pillar.
As the fight raged on, Leonardo, gravely injured, lay on the ground, using a broken pillar for support. Nox had already severed one of his legs, leaving him vulnerable and on the brink of defeat.
Nox was about to deliver the final blow to Leonardo when a fierce cry echoed across the battlefield. Alarico, eyes blazing with fury, charged towards Nox like an enraged bull. Without hesitation, Nox pivoted to meet this new threat.
With the same fluid grace that defined his every movement, Nox executed a swift crescent kick. His leg sliced through the air with deadly precision, connecting with Alarico's chest before he could close the distance. The force of the kick lifted Alarico off his feet, and in a seamless motion, Nox followed through, driving Alarico to the ground with a resounding thud.
In an instant, Nox was on top of him, pinning Alarico to the ground. His knee pressed into Alarico's chest, immobilizing him. The fire in Alarico's eyes flickered, replaced by a mix of pain and disbelief. Nox's gaze was cold and unyielding, leaving no doubt that he was in complete control.
"Alarico!" Leonardo shouted, his voice filled with desperation.
"Leave Alarico alone! I accept defeat," Leonardo added, his voice weakening.
Nox, true to his principles, released Alarico. As Alarico struggled to his feet, he attempted one last desperate attack, but Nox effortlessly caught Alarico's left hand in mid-swing. With a show of immense strength, Nox tore Alarico's arm from its socket. Alarico's scream of agony echoed through the battlefield.
Seeing his brother's suffering, Leonardo summoned the last of his strength and lunged at Nox. In a flash, Nox decapitated Leonardo, his head rolling across the ground to rest beside Alarico.
Alarico, now helpless, stared in horror at his brother's lifeless eyes. His scream was filled with rage and pain as he vowed, "I won't forget you, Nox! I'll fucking kill you! I'll fucking kill you!"
Nox, calm and unfazed, replied, "I'll be waiting," before walking away, Leonardo's severed head in hand.
[Back to the Present]
"Make your arrangements," Alarico commanded, his voice cold and resolute.
"I already have, Capo. Just say the word, and everything will be set in motion," Antonio replied, his voice steady.
"Then let's fucking do this," Alarico growled, his rage barely contained.
With Alarico's orders, the remaining members of the Sicilica Familiga who had been hiding in the shadows began to emerge. They launched a brutal campaign to reclaim their territory, eliminating all rival families that had taken control of Sicily in their absence. Blood was shed across the island as the Sicilica Familiga ruthlessly destroyed anyone who stood in their way, including police and armed forces.
Under Alarico's leadership, Sicily was painted red with the blood of their enemies, and the news of their resurgence spread like wildfire across the globe. The Sicilica Familiga was back, and this time, they were determined to exact their revenge.
