Lucas had always been a person without hope for his life, ever since he was a child. This only grew after the person he loved most died, and he realized that justice had abandoned him. The specters stole the Primordial Life, the world's magic was gone, and only a few could still use it. After waking up, following a conversation with his friend and wondering if the gods truly exist, he feels an abnormal urge within himself, being one of the last bearers of magic.

Primordial Shadows

He stands up and looks at me. There is confidence in his eyes; he realized it’s possible too. I just didn't plan for Scrunter to stand still and just watch. But... it's possible! We can defeat him. 


I get up and look at Éder. He looks at me, and I respond with a smile. At the same moment, we start running towards him. I pass the first tentacle and, this time, I manage to get past the second. I see his punch coming. 


Time stops, and I dodge his blow, getting close to him and thrusting my katana into his head. The blow doesn’t go all the way in because of his resistance, but he felt it. He’s feeling pain for the first time in this battle. Damn it, time resumes and I can only withdraw my katana. I’m completely cut by the tentacles, which are extremely sharp, and I see him look at me with wide eyes. He was furious. I feel a pain in my chest and am thrown far away.
