Lucas's Perspective:
A long time ago, while living with Márcia, I found a book with no title in her closet. Out of curiosity, I picked it up and started reading. It was the story of a human who made a bet with a God that he would make him bleed. He was insignificant compared to the God with whom he made the bet.
The man had nothing left to lose; he had lost his family, friends, siblings... everything. So, while he was in his home, enjoying his last moments of life and waiting for death to knock on his door, a God appeared instead. His name? He was known as Janki. He was the size of a universe but decided to shrink himself down to the size of a human.
"I’m very bored, human."
A God’s life is utterly dull, because, after all, there’s no one who can challenge him, except for other gods.
"I want you to entertain me. Do something that I’ll remember a thousand years from now—no, something I’ll remember for eternity."
