Lucas's Perspective:
I am not tired at all, even though I am lying in bed. Sleep simply won’t come. The night feels endless, and I don't know if it's due to my anxiety or the uncontrollable urge to train for the next day. The battle against Visuke showed me that, besides him, there is a sea of much stronger people, and I cannot stand still. Every detail of the fight loops endlessly in my head. The way he blocked my strikes with precision, his unwavering confidence… all of that left a mark on me. Not just physically, but mentally. How could I sleep peacefully knowing that there are such powerful opponents around me?
I get up from bed, feeling the weight of my own impotence. The room is dark, but the faint light of the moon filters through the window, lightly illuminating my sword resting in the corner. I approach and grip it firmly. The cold metal in my hands seems to reconnect me with reality. Training… that’s what I need to do.
